About O.S.A.
O.S.A. s.r.o. was established in 1994 as a purely commercial company. During its history there were few changes in capital structure of the company, the major of which was implemented after 1996, resulting in introduction of new business activities to the company business portfolio, especially in the field of organizational activities, economical consulting and environment-related services. During this period the company stability improved, the basic capital increased and based on solid economic results the own capital increased as well.
Another important milestone in the company history was the year 2000. After we did a solid preparation, we succeeded to follow-up to rich experiences in the field of surface treatment and became the authorized representative of two well-known German producers of paints. The first authorized and exclusive representation was contractually effected with the company J.SIGEL & SOHN Heilbronn and then in 2001 with the reputable manufacturing company GEHOLIT+WIEMER Graben-Neudorf. For both these companies we ensure import, distribution, consulting and service of materials for surface treatment at international level, i.e. for both the Czech and Slovak Republic, while for Sigel company there are two more markets in Poland and Hungary. During our long-term and successful activity in the field of delivery and implementation of surface treatment, we achieved a considerable world-wide reputation. As for the building and handling equipment it is especially the American company Terex and its plants in Europe Terex-Fuchs and Terex-Schaeff. Our company also offers treatment of steel constructions and equipment, such as wind-power plants of all dimensions for Siag CZ, thermal power plants (Turkey), airport and railway halls in Munchen and Leipzig, halls of automotive producers BMW and Volkswagen, special production tools for Uniloy Milacron, etc.
As for the cooperation varnishing, we offer and ensure application of various varnishing technologies for inland as well as foreign customers, mainly for the automotive producers Renault resp. Volvo.
Besides these activities the company increased its effort in the field of vocational consulting services, focused especially on environmental protection, redevelopment and groundwork, chemical treatment of surfaces and varnishing technologies and their effect on environment. In this field we cooperate with large industrial companies but also with small undertakers.
With respect to requirement on continuous improvement of quality and complexity of solutions of surface treatment, our company was successfully certified according to ISO 9001 (ITI TÜV) standard in 2003.
